Andrea ‘Andee’ Myatt has been with The Klein Company since 2006, and is currently serving as the Project Manager of Dwell, a 219 unit apartment community located in Maitland, Florida. Andee also oversees all Florida Fee Managed Sites, and assists in land acquisition and development.

Andee has over fifteen years experience in the management and sale of residential real estate. Prior to joining The Klein Company, Andee worked as the Operations Manager for The Bainbridge Companies, and as a Property Manager for Trammell Crow Residential Services.

Andee is a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association and is a NAAEI Certified Instructor. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
